Visual and organoleptic characteristics:

White, clear bright with light green color. Aroma of spring flowers. Taste is light with cool white fruit tones.

Technology:

Wine made by classic technology in oak barrels. (In the process of wine making, no additional materials are used, only sulfites (SO2) and those only for disinfection of oak barrels).

Vineyard:

Vine planted in 2004. Geographical location: Inner Kakheti. Left bank of the river Alazani. The bottom of the Caucasus Mountain. 450m. from the sea level. Soil: light mechanical structure, cordier-carbonate sandy soil. Does not require watering.
